Most of these files are executables (i.e. programs that run on your computer). Since I have run them all, and none of them appear to be viruses that have maliciously trashed my machine, I am confident they are safe. HOWEVER, its always wise to run executable files of whose origin you are not certain through your anti-virus software.

(Note: These are exe files for windows machines (sorry Mac people). They are zipped files, so you need Winzip to unzip them. Just click on the link, save the file to your hard drive, unzip (if your browser doesn't do it for you), and then double click the icon, or select run, file etc.)

A zipped file of a shockwave movie - to play this, unzip and drop onto your browser. If you haven't heard of this by now, you're living under a rock. The bizarre expresssion came from a poor translation from Japanese to English - it was the intro to an 1980's game called Zero Wing. This clip has the intro and then a montage of images with All Your base... stuck into each image.

An amusing little program to send to friends. Flashes "I'm Gay" on the screen and makes lots of noise to attract attention.
Ho Ho Ho - (558 K)
Rude song about Christmas with a little animation.

Pico's clasmates go ape in school. Help Pico escape from the carnage.
Elf Bowling - (825 K)
Use Santa's elves as bowling pins and knock 'em all over the place. Good fun for 5 minutes. Some even have their heads knocked off by the balls.
Note: There is an email doing the rounds that says this game has a virus. According to Symatec and Network Asscociates anti-virus sites, this email is a hoax.

A seasonal card/game by Nicholson NY. Surprisingly addictive, make your kids knock over the other kids with snow balls.
Frog Blender 2000 - (409 K)
Joe Cartoon has done it again with an excellent sick and funny Shockwave animation/game. You control the blender speeds - the frog taunts you. Great stuff!

A little application that tests whether or not you're working hard.
Slider Game - (120 K)
Nasty game to send to a friend - it turns your desktop into one of those slider puzzle games and wont give it back until you complete the puzzle. Not all that hard, but takes a few minutes.
Note: Some anti-virus will report this file has a virus. That's because the program itself is a virus - a harmless one, other than the fact it turns your desktop into a puzzle. It won't damage your system - just delete it if it bothers you, or don't download it at all.

Bartender - (144 K)
This game is in Swedish (I think) apparently made and distributed by a beer company, Falcon.
Directions to play: F1 (or Spel, Starta) starts a new game. Use the arrow keys to move and the space bar to send beers to the customers. You have to keep getting beers to the customers before they get to you - don't throw them any extras or miss an empty glasss coming back or you lose. Surprisingly addictive.
Adult Tetris - (1.7MB)
A VERY adult version of Tetris with sound effects, where the idea is to make the couple have sex in order to clear the lines (and thus to win). Pretty hard to play, but an amusing concept. By Auric Vision Ltd., ZES't Corp.
